Key features of the Virtual Classroom include a virtual whiteboard, webcam video sharing, screen sharing, file sharing, individual access controls, session recording, attendance analytics and email notifications. Key features of E-File Cabinet include selective sharing, upload and sharing of multiple file types, and automated scanning for viruses.
LoudCloud Systems unique education management system will allow superior flexibility, control, notification and reporting for any institution. The Virtual Classroom permits both screen and file sharing enabling users to directly play multimedia and/or Microsoft Office files within the application itself. Individuals can access controls to limit participation to certain users at any point of time allowing for individualized online instruction. For those students who would like to review a class for reinforcement, all recordings can be played and downloaded in multiple standard formats or be played online allowing greater flexibility for educators, students and institutions. Automatic email notification for creation, start and access to recording makes communication with users simple and immediate.
An additional module the E-File Cabinet was added for superlative file sharing capabilities for students and instructors. The E-File Cabinet allows upload and sharing of multiple file types and allows embedding of links. Its easy-to-use interface can be integrated with analytics providing valuable input for engagement of tracking, particularly for instructors. Files can be shared with selected users or the entire class enabling group work via the application. Files can also be accessed even after the class end date.
