WMB systems eliminate false dispatches, as operators can survey the property and determine when authorities are not needed.
Property managers and business-owners can also access real-time streaming video of their properties from virtually anywhere in the world using an Internet-connected PC or Web-enabled phone.
WMB technology can be used as a standalone system or in conjunction with onsite security personnel at storage lots, loading areas, office complexes and many other facilities. The surveillance systems can also be used to add value and control costs at multi-tenant commercial or residential facilities that do not have a full-time doorman or guard. Real-time access-control and live monitoring enables off-hours access for tenants and can provide package reception services for deliveries when tenants are not available.
