Dan Sharratt has been with the company for 11 years and will leverage his extensive technical knowledge, industry experience and organizational skills to help nQueue Billback continue to exceed client expectations in all areas. He has more than 20 years experience in information technology and has worked with some of the largest law firms in North America, Europe and Australia.
Dan has been with the organization for over a decade and he has embraced our vision, goals and values, said Rick Hellers, nQueue Billbacks President and CEO. In his new capacity, Dan will work to enhance the operational team’s structure, process and procedures as we position the company for continued success and growth. The move is designed to position the company to continue on its steep growth curve. The companys revenue grew 26.7% in the first half of 2011 and the company also launched a dedicated commercial division added its first-ever Fortune 500 commercial client. The company also added a total of 7 staff members in Implementations and Support .
