With location-based information equipped on Syclo apps, field service schedulers can structure work shifts to minimize travel, for example, by knowing which worker(s) is closest to a particular asset or incident. Utility workers using SMART apps for mobile work management can identify meters or poles they need to service/replace with the apps GIS capabilities. And remote workers or crews can use SMART to cross-reference asset management data with real-time GPS coordinates for more effective management of maintenance, disaster recovery, inspection or outage workflows.
