myClaimIQ AlphaCollector features state-of-the-art reporting functionality that improves management oversight of a hospital’s collections process and collector productivity. In addition, the tool has its own embedded business intelligence tool that uses pivot table technology to analyze AR on any data points and for multiple facilities including the ability to drill down to individual accounts. Hospitals using the software can consolidate all collections activity into one system, as the software is compatible with their existing billing and collections systems.
