Smith & Wesson Security Services Debuts New Lead-Generation Program at the SHOT Show in Orlando

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) February 1, 2009

Over 35,000 firearms dealers attended the show and thousands stopped at the Smith & Wesson pavilion where Smith & Wesson Security Services introduced the new program, which was unveiled for the first time at this 4-day event. The lead generation program will allow participating firearm dealers to earn a referral fee for generating leads for the Smith & Wesson Authorized Security Dealer Network.

“We are extremely pleased with the tremendous positive response we received to this new lead-generation program,” said Wayne Wahrsager, CEO of Smith & Wesson Security Services, which operates the security network in a licensing agreement with Smith & Wesson Corp.

Wahrsager also stated that “this program will quickly enable thousands of families and businesses to obtain the latest in personal protection and safety. We will be working closely with both firearm dealers and our Authorized Security Dealers to generate leads and attract new customers. It’s a win-win program for everyone.”.

As part of Smith & Wesson Security Services’ new lead-generation program, participating firearms and sporting goods dealers will simply display the security-system marketing materials in their stores. The materials will provide an overview of all the available electronic security alarm systems and products, and will also include a dedicated lead answering line and a unique code for each dealer to help track the leads. Firearms and Sporting Goods dealers who generate new customers will be compensated with a direct commission on the sale of a new system.

“Our Authorized Security Dealers are the driving force of Smith & Wesson Security Services,” said Wahrsager. “This new lead generation program is designed to provide yet another arm of support for their businesses, as we put sophisticated alarm products into the hands of those who need them across the nation.”
