SchmartBOARD Announces Product Donation Program

Fremont, CA (PRWEB) January 10, 2005

SchmartBOARD, a company that develops electronic prototyping boards, has announced a new program that gives free Schmartboards to education and non-profit institutions to help educate people in electronics and robotics.

The Schmartboard solution is currently being used by a number of universities for teaching electronic engineering and robotics. This donation program is for special projects that go beyond the regular classroom projects such as senior projects. We have received requests for projects such as solar cars and special robotic projects that may apply.

The first step is to fill out the application. After the application is filled out, a team of our employees will look at each request on a case-by-case basis. Schmartboard in return, would like to post a photo of the final project online and have recognition of Schmartboard on the organization’s website.

Information on the program can be found at: http://www.schmartboard.com/index.asp?page=SchmartLAND_Donation
