ADR Software Adds Cross-Project Safety Violation and Incident Management Module to Automated Daily Reporting Network

Reston, VA (PRWEB) October 26, 2011

ADR Software, LLC today announced the release of its a new integrated safety incident management module for the ADR Network workforce monitoring service, ADR’s automated on-site daily reporting and monitoring service for the construction industry. The updated safety module utilizes broadband enabled handheld RFID scanners to empower general contractors to capture and record incident information in the field, when it occurs. Using the ADR web portal, safety managers can track the result of the incident through its natural course. Once an incident is recorded in the field, it becomes instantly available to all authorized users throughout the general contractor’s organization and across the ADR Network.

“We’re pleased to be improving the safety monitoring capabilities of the ADR workforce monitoring service,” said Bruce Labovitz, ADR Software’s Co-founder and President. “We believe this release is a meaningful evolution for field safety monitoring and reporting. The ability to monitor multiple workforces, across a variety of jobs, and receive real-time alerts when violations and incidents occur will not only save time, it will reduce risk and improve job site safety. The innovative operating environment of the ADR workforce monitoring service now gives general contractors the ability to receive automatic electronic alerts when repeat offenders come on their sites. This level of awareness is invaluable to construction site management. As we expand the functionality, utility and scope of the ADR workforce monitoring service, we continue to demonstrate that ADR is the leading power tool for construction site awareness and accountability.”

The ADR Network safety module is now a standard part of the ADR Network service.

About the ADR Network

The ADR Network is a subscription based service that utilizes proprietary technology to monitor construction labor much like highway toll collection systems monitor vehicles. Using passive RFID tags embedded in an all-weather sticker affixed to an individual’s hard hat or ID badge, the ADR Network reads and records the individual as s/he passes through patent-pending ADR Portals positioned at the entrances and exits of commercial construction job sites. The transactions (referred to by ADR as intas and outas) are transmitted to ADR’s secure servers in real-time as they occur. As a result, information about job site labor is available to authorized users in real-time using any Internet connected device with a web browser.

The ADR Network’s unique network architecture allows a single ADR tag to be read by portals throughout the network at multiple construction sites across multiple general contractors. As a result, labor information is available across workforces and across projects.
