News Facts

Doxim Inc., (http://www.doxim.com), North Americas leading provider of web-based e-statement, enhanced statement and document imaging solutions for financial service providers, today announced the delivery of the latest version of its Business Process Manager (BPM) platform, adding a host of new capabilities, including eInsert and inline Newsletter support.

Doxim BPM is designed to streamline the end-to-end process of collecting, marshalling files and data from core financial systems, managing all document composition, conversion, output and routing processes.

This latest version of Doxim BPM expands the flexibility of the platform even further, enhancing Doxims overall statement solutions offering. New capabilities include:

eInserts/eNewsletters

eInsert/eNewsletter content can now be dynamically appended to an eStatement at the point it is opened online. This means that clients that have opted out of paper statements can still receive the promotional and informational material that is normally only sent out with paper statements. This improves the reach of marketing campaigns, facilitating real-time online customer interaction via embedded links.

Data Aggregation

Data Aggregation allows two separate documents to be aggregated into a single print run. Examples might include the in-line printing of a newsletter with a statement, or the aggregation of year-end share certificates with the December statement run, allowing both documents to be printed together and inserted into one envelope vs two. By consolidating multiple documents into one print run, and therefore one envelope, significant savings can be made in mailing costs.

Preference and Data Override

This functionality allows additional data elements to be introduced into the Doxim BPM system prior to the composition process, enriching documents and their contents. Examples include adding a MasterCard Air Miles Points balance directly to a statement, or using CRM data to segment youth accounts or retiree accounts and deliver segment specific marketing message to each group. This provides better targeting for statement based marketing messages and an enhanced customer experience.
