1st July 2013, Košice, Slovakia, Hirschau, Germany – In order to strengthen the expansion of electronic components distribution to the industrial production of company, SOS electronic acceded to an acquisition with a strong partner – Conrad.
Conrad is expanding its business strategy to create a new segment of industrial customers and to expand its product portfolio and services for this segment. This acquisition occurred also in order that SOS electronic as a company established in this area helped in expanding this strategy.
