By predetermining priorities for action, more service calls will be completed during the first visit and customers will have shorter TV down time.

The “Triage Select” program is headed by Allan Wainwright, Technical Director of All Video Repair. “Our customers are demanding quicker turnaround time when it comes to repairing their TV sets. We listened and in response, we developed our ‘Triage Select’ program,” said Wainwright.

“We believe that our ‘Triage Select” program is a first for TV repair and service companies in our area. By predetermining problems and outcomes, we can arrive at a customer’s house with parts hand, and quickly fix the problem. When we have to look at a set, we can determine the possible problems in 15-20 minutes. This is a great advantage over what we did in the past.”

The “Triage Select” system has already proven to be a customer favorite.

With “Triage Select,” customers can take a digital picture of their TV problem. All Video Repair technicians can then upload it to “Triage Select” thus reducing wrong parts ordered and increasing first call complete.
