Award Winning All Video Repair Introduces ‘Triage Select’ to Quickly Determine TV Problems

Dublin, Calif. (PRWEB) September 29, 2008

Award winning All Video Repair, Inc., Dublin’s long time television repair and installation company, is proud to announce that effective Aug. 17, 2008, customers requiring television repairs will get their TV problems assessed and diagnosed quicker with the new “Triage Select” program. By predetermining priorities for action, more service calls will be completed during the first visit and customers will have shorter TV down time.

The “Triage Select” program is headed by Allan Wainwright, Technical Director of All Video Repair. “Our customers are demanding quicker turnaround time when it comes to repairing their TV sets. We listened and in response, we developed our ‘Triage Select’ program,” said Wainwright.

“We believe that our ‘Triage Select” program is a first for TV repair and service companies in our area. By predetermining problems and outcomes, we can arrive at a customer’s house with parts hand, and quickly fix the problem. When we have to look at a set, we can determine the possible problems in 15-20 minutes. This is a great advantage over what we did in the past.”

According to Bill Barnett, All Video Repair President, the advances in technology have given birth to “Triage Select.” By having customers take a couple of digital pictures and emailing them to All Video Repair, “Triage Select” starts the process of priorities for action.

The “Triage Select” system has already proven to be a customer favorite.

“What use to take us a few days, we can now accomplish in one. Our customers are happier and our efficiency rate has increased. Since we started “Triage Select,” we have increased our first call completes by 5%.”

With “Triage Select,” customers can take a digital picture of their TV problem. All Video Repair technicians can then upload it to “Triage Select” thus reducing wrong parts ordered and increasing first call complete.
