The result is the ultra-rugged Behlman 00389 COTS power supply, a switch mode unit designed and manufactured specifically for high-end military and industrial applications. These power supplies accept three-phase 115/200 VAC, 400 Hz input and deliver up to eight DC outputs including +5 VDC @ 20 A; -5.2 VDC @ 12.5 A; -2 VDC @ 10 A; +8.5 VDC @ 10.6 A; -8.5 VDC @ 3.5 A; +15 VDC @ 16.7 A; -15 VDC @ 1.7 A; and +28 VDC @ 2.7 A. With its many outputs, the Behlman 00389 power supply is able to support a wide range of applications, and is designed to meet the input power requirements of MIL-STD-704 and RTCA-DO160. This power supply will also meet the needs of critical industrial applications requiring utmost reliability and performance.

Additional features include load regulation; line regulation; over-voltage protection; short-circuit protection; current limit and high efficiency, as well as operating temperatures from -40C to +80C (-40F to + 176F); storage temperatures from -57C to +85C (-70F to + 185F); and applicable MIL Standards for shock, vibration, humidity, and EMI/EMC. At only 30.5 cm wide x 17.8 cm deep x 6 cm high (12″W x 7″D x 2.38″H), and only 2.9 kilograms (6.4 lbs) the Behlman 00389 power supply is easy to install and carry in tight spaces.
