The agreement is effective immediately, and authorizes the marketing, sales, and support of all CDMs products and services throughout Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, J. A. T. will sell CDMs full lines of high-quality circular, printed circuit, rack and panel, RF, and audio communications connectors to EOEMs, EMS providers, and end users. The rep firm is charged with marketing CDMs cost-effective and innovative interconnect products to companies in such specialized industries as military, aerospace, industrial, medical and telecommunications. Moreover, J. A. T. will offer direct in-the-field support to key accounts, and aggressively promote CDMs comprehensive offering of customized interconnect solutions to their existing customer base and to prospective customers.
