Enciris Technologies is announcing the LT-122, a dual channel SDI video acquisition and compression card. This PCI express board is capable of acquiring two 3G/HD/SD-SDI video signals simultaneously and then compressing to either HD Windows Media Video (WMV/ VC-1) or H.264 without host CPU resources. Concurrently, uncompressed video can be captured. The LT-122 can extract embedded audio from the SDI signal. Additionally, dual analog stereo audio inputs are available.
The LT-122s dimensions (110mm x 90mm) make it ideal for installing into smaller systems and it only requires a free PCI express slot. A complete SDK is included for Windows and Linux application development. DirectShow is fully supported.
