The Verifier H Series X-Ray Inspection System will be shown (in Booth #262) at the upcoming Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) West 2008 exhibition January 29-31, 2008 in Anaheim, CA.

 

The Verifier H Series provides manufacturing quality assessment and defect detection of components and assemblies across industrial, automotive and medical markets.

 

Examples of inspectable assemblies include:

Medical: Pacemakers, stents, infusion pumps, catheters, mission critical medical and implantable devices; including soft materials inspection, such as: polymers, rubber, ceramic and collagen.

Industrial / Automotive: Inkjet cartridges, electro-mechanical assemblies, sensors, castings, encapsulated control circuits, etc. including dense materials inspection, such as: castings, metal shielding, heat sinks and encapsulation materials.

The Verifier H Series has a large inspection chamber that can hold assemblies up to 12x12x12in. (30x30x30mm) in size and up to 10lbs (4.5kg.) in weight. The 4-Axis manipulator provides (manual) X,Y translation and (motorized) Z and Θ (360
