SACHEM will present the Envure System, an innovative line of electronic formulation components at the SEMATECH Surface Preparation and Cleaning conference in Austin, TX on March 21-23. SACHEM has developed a new generation of higher purity components to meet increasingly stringent quality, safety and performance standards in the electronics industry.
SACHEMs Envure System includes four categories of products: Envure, Envure LX, Envure NA, and Envure Specialties for use in various end applications.
Envure Specialties includes SACHEM’s new bulk silicon etch platform which offers new products for bulk silicon etching including SiAN Etch and SiAN Pro. These products are tunable with temperature and concentration for integrated circuit (IC) and photovoltaic (PV) applications.
