The USB 2.0 IDE Application Device IC is available in a 128 pin QFP package with an industry standard UTMI interface for physical layer connectivity. The device operates at a frequency of 60MHZ and interfaces to industry standard 8051 compatible microcontrollers to offer a truly low cost high value solution. Specsoft’s USB 2.0 Device SIP offering includes design, low level firmware as well as proven reference designs to successfully bring SOC solutions for our customers.
