Redwood City, CA (PRWEB) March 19, 2005
Cataphora Inc., creator of the C-Evidence Review Platform for electronic evidence discovery and analysis, today announced the appointment of one of its customers, Steven Clark, to the position of Vice President of Client Services. Clarks in-depth experience of large-scale review and production significantly strengthens Cataphoras client-facing team.
Steven Clark has a wealth of experience overseeing all aspects of document review and production which includes using Cataphoras C-Evidence. He has worked on a variety of large-scale matters, designing and implementing strategies to efficiently review and produce documents and data in a cost-effective and timely manner. His practice has included complying with regulatory agency review of large-scale corporate transactions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, FTC/DOJ investigations under the Sherman and Clayton Acts, and enforcement actions by other federal regulatory bodies and many state Attorney Generals. In addition, he has significant experience preparing responses to discovery requests in complex civil litigation matters.
We are delighted to welcome Steve, who is a first-rate addition to our team, said Elizabeth Charnock, CEO of Cataphora. His appointment is a strong fit with Cataphoras mission of delivering both state of the art electronic review and analysis technology and highest quality litigation support.
I have gone from being a customer to joining the company, commented Clark. I have used a wide range of e-discovery products; from the perspective of an attorney who knows first hand the challenges that electronic evidence introduces to both straightforward and complex matters, I was very impressed by the unique advantages that Cataphoras C-Evidence offers. The tools it provides make sense and allow for more thorough advocacy, as well as resulting in measurable benefits in cost and time. I look forward to helping deliver this powerful e-discovery platform to legal professionals everywhere in my new role within Cataphoras Client Services organization.
Prior to joining Cataphora, Steven Clark was Project Attorney with the law firm of Cleary Gottlieb in Washington, DC. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington and JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
Cataphora Inc. is the creator of C-Evidence, the most powerful platform for review and analysis of electronic evidence. C-Evidence revolutionizes the electronic legal discovery and investigation processes by automatically reviewing communications on the basis of the complete context in which they occurred, not merely by retrieving documents based on content. Cataphoras C-Evidence Platform is ideally suited to the needs of private law firms, corporate legal departments and investigators with document-intensive matters in such areas as white-collar crime, securities, antitrust and intellectual property.
