(UniChip), a full service SOC design foundry, has signed a corporate agreement with Kilopass to add Kilopass embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) technology, XPM, to UniChips IP portfolio. In addition, UniChip has joined Kilopass Technologys Design Services partner program.
By adopting Kilopass unique and silicon-proven NVM technology, UniChips customers can realize the benefits of post-manufacturing programming of non-volatile memory implemented in standard logic CMOS processes, such as 0.18um and 0.13um.
